Puerto Rico is costing each American taxpayer $400 a year-a total of $22 billion. Puerto Rico must become the 51st state of the United States of America or an independent nation.

what’s your opinion on the other four Commonwealths held by the US. simply designating them as a state will not cure all their problems. yes, they need help, just don’t think a change of title will cure them.

Currently, they do not pay federsl taxes. They get all that money without contributing like all the other states.
