We should have had our retired military on the SOUTHERN border since FOREVER! Build gun towers every 50 meters. Put 4 men in each, and give them ONE RULE! "Don't shoot ANYTHING going SOUTH!" (As an incentive, let them keep the spoils from their efforts.) I'm sure most would welcome the extra money, and the chance to serve again in an effort that would yield REAL world results!
