THANK YOU to everyone that has offered to help me with my flab. Yesterday was the first day of dealing with my issue of lethargy. I did my walk run thing and ate much (which means "somewhat" better. I am a little against posting my weight and goals online, because to someone that is massively overweight, it is insulting and I am here for me to have the life that I want, not to insult anyone else. That being said, the first 2.5lbs of water weight are gone. 27.5 lbs to go. My lazy buttox has already started thinking how I should rest today for my muscle recovery.. ya know.. cause I worked out once in months and months... ughhhh face palm***
