Farmhouse Bbq Muffins
You will need :
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup ketchup
shredded cheddar cheese
Grands Biscuits....I use Butter tastin
Preheat oven to 350
1. Cook ground beef and drain fat.
2. Add brown sugar and ketchup, stir.
3. Spray cupcake tin with oil spray.
4. Flatten each Grands biscuit and place in well of sprayed cupcake tin.
5. Shape up sides of tin to make a cup.
6. Spoon meat mixture into each muffin cup...leaving some room for cheddar cheese.
7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of meat mixture in cups.
8. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or till biscuits are golden brown
