Remember Scott Smith, the parent that was arrested during a June 22nd Loudon County School Board meeting? The School Board was discussing the transgender bathroom policy and he got very upset. The police came in, wrestled him to the floor, and dragged him out in handcuffs. Smith became the ‘face’ of unruly parents at School Board meetings‼️

Well...now the rest of the story‼️

Loudon County had passed a transgender bathroom policy. Smith’s 9th grade daughter had been raped by a male student wearing a skirt. The Loudon County School Board had decided to investigate the situation internally and not involve law enforcement. To ‘fix’ the problem they transferred the young man to another school.

So what happened? Well he sodomized yet another female student at his new school.

And why did Mr Smith become outraged at the School Board meeting on the night of June 22nd? Because a school employee said there had never been a report of a sexual assault in a trans bathroom‼️‼️‼️

Mr Smith DID call the police after his daughter’s assault and the young man was arrested. After the 2nd assault at the other school, he is now in juvenile detention‼️
