None of you here know me so I'm not asking you to donate, I'm just so proud of my son Jacob and tomorrow (10/12) is his birthday. My son went to be with Jesus May 31st this year and my broken heart will never heal. He loved Jesus and helping others and I guess I just want the world to know how wonderful my Jacob is.
