since the phones are smartphones they can text the bill to them and have an auto refill in fact now you can even buy a phone from another smartphone hell I can't even get on my smartphone sometimes and there's new programs I don't know if they're FCC or whatever you can get free phones in case for emergencies so while your poor is crap and you have nothing in case there's like a hurricane and you die they might be able to track you on your phone they can certainly spy on you

In Commiefornia they give you a smart phone. As long as you're on welfare, public assistance. They also call it an Obama phone. INFURIATING
